English Muffin Bread

Ingredients

1 cup plus 2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. honey
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. yeast

Instructions

Use Basic wheat cycle of the bread machine
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
Add ingredients in the order presented. I use warm water to stimulate yeast better.
