Quick Banana Dessert

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy white cake mix
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix cake mix with 1 egg and soy milk. Beat for 2 minutes
Add cinnamon
Add bananas and nuts. Stir well
Pour into a 9’ by 9’ well greased pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Serve warm. May pour sweetened cream over dessert.
