Sausage Cheese Quickies

• 1 pound cheddar cheese
• 1 pound sausage (may use veggie sausage)
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 1 stick of butter

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Melt butter and mix together all ingredients
• Roll into balls onto a greased cookie sheet
• Cook for 10-12 minutes
• Serve warm

Note : This makes quite a few and can be frozen or stored in the refrigerator.
